James Symons
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
James has been with PC Locs since its inception, moving rapidly from a sales role to that of national Sales Manager and then General Manager. James oversaw the successful transition from a direct to an indirect sales model and the concomitant development of a strong national dealer network. Recently appointed as group Managing Director and CEO of Lock n Charge, James now manages the group’s international business as well as overseeing the growth of Global Avenue’s new and existing brands within Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
Patrick Noonan
GENERAL MANAGER
Pat’s background is education and business. As a teacher and former school principal, Pat made the full time transition to the business world over a decade ago. As International Business Development Manager prior to his appointment as General Manager, Pat was responsible for setting up the PC Locs export markets in NZ and the US.
Antonio Scarpignato
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
With an extensive background as a business and personal banker at Senior Executive level, Antonio is an astute and experienced operator in the Australian/NZ financial sector as well as having had solid experience with foreign transactions. More recently as the General Manager of a nationwide importer, wholesaler and distributor of automotive parts, Antonio has used his strong financial and management background to build and develop a profitable nationwide network of retail outlets. Antonio’s negotiation skills and financial acumen play an important role in ensuring value for money for the brands that Global Avenue represents in Australia.
Vlad Vasilciuc
NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER
As the PC Locs National Marketing Manager, Vlad has been at the forefront of developing market entry and brand awareness campaigns that have kept PC Locs as the market leader in their field. Now also as Vice President of Marketing with Lock n Charge, Vlad has brought his considerable talent and energy to bear, to build the profile of this new brand in the US. Skilled at working collaboratively with channel and distribution partners, Vlad carefully plans and measures new marketing initiatives to ensure that return on investment is maximized.
Kevin Pillay
RETAIL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (NSW,ACT)
For the past decade Kevin has been involved, at executive level, in the marketing and development of several international brands across the Australian/NZ market. Kevin’s experience covers the full scope of sales, marketing, forecasting, purchasing, stock control, product development and brand management responsibilities. In the retail space, Kevin has had great success in sales, driving activities with major retailers, utilizing ambassadors, in store point of sale and retail catalogues. Kevin’s comprehensive understanding of the Australian/NZ retail market is a great asset to Global Avenue brands.
Katie Beaton
STATE CHANNEL MANAGER (WA,NT)/NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
A background in retail and recruitment has underpinned Katie’s development into sales account management and customer service roles. Skilled at building and managing strong relations with resellers and end users, Katie’s refined communication skills ensure that customers are always looked after. Her passion is superior customer service and she ensures that every customer interaction with Global Avenue brands is positive.
Rosemary Griffith-Jones
STATE CHANNEL MANAGER (VIC, TAS, SA)
Ro has a diverse background encompassing administration, sales and marketing. Having lived on five continents over the past two decades, Ro is adaptable and well placed to respond to the variety of support required from her extensive channel of dealers. A diligent and energetic personality, Ro is skilled in delivering effective training and sales presentations to a variety of audiences. Ro is the trusted channel partner of some of Global Avenue’s biggest accounts.
Martin Little
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – QUEENSLAND/NZ
Martin’s broad base of experience includes account management, channel management, distribution and business development in state, national and domestic markets. He currently manages the Global Avenue business in the lucrative Queensland market and the entire New Zealand market. General management positions in several industry sectors have further developed his acute business sense. Martin is particularly focused and skilled in analyzing new and existing markets to maximize new sales strategy success.
